The School Day
The school day runs from 8:45 am to 3:15 pm totalling a time of 32.5 hours per week.
Paid Breakfast Club runs from 7:45 am - 8:45 am and After School Club from 3:15 pm - 5:45 pm.
A free Breakfast Club is now operating from 8.15 am. Please speak with Mrs Thompson if you are interested in registering your child/children.
Year 6 SAT dates 2026
Statutory Assessments for Year 6 pupils are scheduled for Monday 11th May to Thursday 14th May 2026. The test week begins with the Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling (GPS) test on the Monday, followed by Reading on Tuesday, and concluding with the Mathematics papers on Wednesday and Thursday.
Please ensure that your child is in school this week as they cannot re-sit these assessments, and variations to the exam timetables cannot be made for pupils taking holidays in term time.
